How To Setup VPN On Windows Server 2008 R2 Print

  • 0

Virtual private networks (VPNs) based on the Internet instead of the traditional leased lines offer organizations of all sizes the promise of a low-cost, secure electronic network. A VPN enables you to send data between two computers across a shared or public internetwork in a manner that emulates the properties of a point-to-point private link.

VPNs can be used any time a user has an Internet connection, but they require you to expose your internal network infrastructure to authentication requests from the Internet.
